Rachel Berkley

Rachel Berkley has been an integral member of the Firm since 2012. She was born and raised in Lawrence, Kansas. Her parents were Jayhawks and Rachel is an avid Jayhawk fan.

Rachel manages a docket of commercial litigation cases as well as personal injury litigation. Rachel has previously handled employment law and discrimination cases. She has trial experience with matters ranging from simple car wrecks to complex multi-party commercial cases.
